Services & Policies
No Emergency or Same-Day Services
We do not offer same-day or emergency cleaning services. All services are scheduled in advance at a pace that allows us to maintain our high standards and respect our team and your home.
This policy ensures quality, accountability, and the professional delivery of service.
Quote-Required Services
Specialty services (Excellence Care, interior wall cleaning, move-in/move-out, floor restoration, and commercial/church cleaning) all require a quote and approval before scheduling.
We do not provide automatic pricing for these services. Every project is unique and deserves individual assessment.
Review & Approval Policy
All booking requests and quote requests are reviewed before confirmation. This ensures we can deliver on every commitment and that you have a clear understanding of what to expect.
Automation supports this review process—it does not bypass it.
Payment Policy
- • Steward Care (Routine Cleaning): Upfront payment via Stripe is available after booking confirmation.
- • Specialty Services: Payment is arranged after the quote is approved. Methods include deposits and final invoicing.
- • No automatic charges: You will be contacted and charges will only be processed with your explicit approval.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a quote for Steward Care?
Steward Care pricing starts at $125 per visit and depends on your home's square footage and condition. For an exact quote, please use our booking form or contact us directly. We can discuss your specific needs and provide accurate pricing.
How quickly can you schedule a cleaning?
We schedule at a pace that maintains our quality standards. Once your booking is confirmed, we work to schedule your first visit as soon as reasonably possible. Exact timing depends on current demand and your availability.
Do you offer same-day cleaning?
No. We do not offer same-day or emergency services. All services are scheduled in advance. This allows us to deliver consistent quality and respect both our team and your home.
What's included in Steward Care?
Steward Care includes professional interior cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, floor care, and reliable scheduling. The specific scope depends on your home and preferences, discussed during the booking process.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellations and changes should be made as soon as possible. Contact us directly, and we'll work with you to adjust your schedule. Terms and any applicable fees will be discussed.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Our team brings professional supplies. If you prefer we use your supplies or avoid certain products, please note that during the booking process so we can accommodate your preferences.
How do I access the Client Portal?
If you're an existing client, you'll receive login credentials to access the Client Portal. From there, you can view quotes, agreements, invoices, and service photos. If you don't have access, contact us to set up your account.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there's an issue, contact us immediately. We'll listen to your concerns and work to make it right. We're committed to accountability and standing behind our work.
Do you service areas outside the local region?
Our primary service area is the local community. For inquiries about service outside our typical area, please contact us directly to discuss your location and needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe for upfront Steward Care payments. For other services, payment methods will be discussed and arranged as part of the booking confirmation.
