For recurring services, we maintain the same standards and schedule. Your home or business receives consistent, reliable care.

Payment Information

Pricing

Residential and Commercial Cleaning: Pricing is provided through our instant booking system based on service type and scope. Quotes are customized to your specific needs.

Restoration and Specialized Services: No fixed prices are publicly listed. Pricing is determined after on-site evaluation, which provides an accurate assessment of your project.

  • ACH transfer (for recurring services)
  • Check (by prior arrangement)

Payment Timing

  • Instant Bookings: Payment due at time of service or after service completion
  • Recurring Services: Payment terms established in service agreement
  • Evaluation & Estimates: Free evaluation; estimate provided before project begins

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

Cancellation Notice

24+ Hours Notice

Cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice before scheduled service.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover team resources allocated.

No-Show

If no one is available at the scheduled time and we were not notified, 100% of the service fee may be charged.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Contact us via phone or email as soon as possible
  • Confirm cancellation or new date in writing
  • Rescheduling is available subject to team availability

For recurring services, we can typically accommodate rescheduling to another date within the same service week with 24+ hours notice.
